The network
In-person care runs through the PHCS Practitioner Only Network, operated by MultiPlan. Because any provider can be requested with 48 hours notice, Reef treats itself as an open network rather than a closed panel — if your doctor isn’t listed, the team works to bring them in.
ACA compliance
Both tiers satisfy Minimum Essential Coverage under Part A of the Affordable Care Act. For Applicable Large Employers with 50 or more employees, Reef structures employer-sponsored plans to meet minimum contribution requirements — ask the team to confirm current-year affordability thresholds against your plan design.
